Through Health Coaching, I learned how small sustainable lifestyles changes can truly transform your life. This year, I lost 30 lbs by focusing on realistic, manageable steps, not extreme diets or forcing myself into forms of exercise I didn’t enjoy.
Before becoming a Mom, I worked as a Physical Therapist, helping people recover from injuries and improve their physical wellbeing. That experience taught me that no two people are the same and that the best outcomes come from considering the whole person, not just one part of their health.
