I work with busy, middle aged women looking to make sustainable changes to their lifestyle so they can improve their health and overall wellbeing.

We start by looking at what is going on in your life right now; your routines, energy, stress and priorities. From there, we make small, realistic shifts that add up over time and help you move closer to where you want to be.

A Personalized, Real Life Approach

Everybody’s health journey is different which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do, it’s to help you figure out what works for you and to support you through that process.

Together we focus on building sustainable habits that fit your real life. We work on improving energy, sleep, mindset and your relationship with food and movement, without extreme rules or expectations of perfection.

By focusing on small wins and realistic changes, you’ll gradually develop healthier mindset and habits that support long-term success.

How we work together

I offer individual virtual coaching sessions at a pace that fits your needs and schedule.

I practice a non-judgemental, compassionate approach. Together, we will find simple ways to track progress, stay accountable and celebrate small steps along the way.

Between sessions, I’m here to support you via text or email and to connect you with resources and guidance that help you stay on track.

Why I do this work

I know what it’s like to struggle with health challenges, feel stuck and not know where to begin.

Through Health Coaching, I learned how small sustainable lifestyles changes can truly transform your life. This year, I lost 30 lbs by focusing on realistic, manageable steps, not extreme diets or forcing myself into forms of exercise I didn’t enjoy.

Before becoming a Mom, I worked as a Physical Therapist, helping people recover from injuries and improve their physical wellbeing. That experience taught me that no two people are the same and that the best outcomes come from considering the whole person, not just one part of their health.
